About Company
P2P, or Packaging to Polymer, is a joint venture between two industry giants, Seri Plast spa and Unilever Europe B.V., with a shared vision of promoting sustainability in the plastic industry.
P2P is a sustainable plastic company that produces high-quality polymers using a closed-loop process. We transform plastic waste into new recycled raw materials for the consumer goods market with a strong focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility. By using post-consumer packaging waste as a raw material, we reduce the amount of plastic waste that ends up in landfills and oceans.

Signature of the Development Agreement by MIMIT and Invitalia for 82 million euro to support the P2P project
Signing of a Development Agreement by the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy and Invitalia S.p.A. to support the industrial project proposed by P2P Packaging to Polymers, a company jointly owned by Seri Plast S.p.A. and Unilever B.V.

Funding requested for the conversion of Pozzilli plant.
Applying for funding to support the conversion of the Pozzilli plant. The investment will upgrade production capacities and increase capacity to meet growing demand. By implementing state-of-the-art technologies and processes, efficiency and effectiveness will be improved, allowing us to better serve our customers and prepare for future growth. P2P signs a commercial contract with Unilever for a duration of 5 years, renewable for further 5 years, for the supply of 65,000 tonnes/year of recycled plastic raw materials.
P2P signs a 5-year commercial contract with Unilever for the supply of 65,000 tonnes/year of recycled plastic raw materials. P2P Srl was established, co-participated by Seri Plast S.p.A. and Unilever Ventures Holdings B.V.
